The Coaxial Double Hollow Sucker Rod Circulating Heating Device utilizes a closed-loop independent heating system. In this system, the closed-loop circulation within the double hollow sucker rod is achieved by a circulation pump that pressurizes the heat transfer medium. The medium is heated in a furnace to approximately 85°C, then enters the four-way joint of the double hollow sucker rod, flowing into the inner pipe channel. The medium reaches the end of the double hollow rod and then flows back through the outer pipe channel, returning to the surface storage tank to complete the cycle. A specially designed insulating pipe is added inside the hollow rod to maintain a sealed hot water circulation. This heat is then transferred to the crude oil within the tubing, increasing its fluidity after heating, thereby enabling the extraction of heavy oil through the tubing to the surface.
